Everyone knows as we age, our taste and smell experience loss, thus food does not taste as good as it did when we were younger. Research has born this out. For this reason, it is so important our food is prepared and served with attention to detail and love. Jordan Hardy is our dietary services supervisor and she is a licensed Dietary Manager. She and her team do care and they work hard to prepare each meal with an eye toward making that flavor just right.
